Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers in the coordination and delivery of multiple development and construction projects
  • Attend client meetings and assist in determining project requirements and objectives

  • Key Requirements:
  • Experience supporting project management, construction, development, or related projects
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience preparing project documentation, reports, schedules, and meeting minutes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
  • Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of project management, construction, or real estate development processes is considered an asset

Compensation Range: $60,000 - $90,000 Compensation Disclaimer: The salary range listed reflects the base pay for this role at Altus Group and is provided where required by local regulations. Job Summary: The Associate Project Manager is an integral member of the project management team responsible for supporting the successful delivery of building development projects of varying size and complexity. Reporting to the Project Manager and Project Director, this role assists in coordinating project activities, managing communications, tracking schedules and budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered in alignment with client expectations, timelines, and company standards. The Associate Project Manager acts as a key liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
