Diesel Technician

About the role

With the addition of Volvo Truck & Bus and UD Trucks to our existing franchises we are looking for experienced technicians with a passion for our brands. Based in Albany and reporting to the Service Foreman, you'll diagnose and repair mechanical issues using cutting-edge diagnostic tools conduct routine maintenance, service, and inspections to keep our trucks performing at their best collaborate with experienced pros, mentor apprentices, and continuously grow your skills participate in ongoing training and development be happy going onto the on-call roster which includes callouts as needed Why Choose Us? Requirements

• Hands-on experience with heavy-duty trucks
• Experience with service, repair AND diagnostics
• A strong commitment to safety and a proactive mindset
• Excellent problem-solving skills to tackle challenges head-on
• Ideally, a Class 5 license (we can help you get it!)
• NZQA LV4 in Heavy Road Transport or Heavy Plant & Equipment
• Reliability and willingness to commit to the team
