- Strong project management and communication skills
- Experience applying Continuous Improvement, Lean, and Six Sigma principles to drive improvement
- Preferred:
- Previous experience managing plant maintenance team(s)
- Experience implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Systems
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- NEBOSH Certification (or equivalent)
- JHSC Certified
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
