Procurement Executive (No Exp OK! - Central East - UP$3400)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, RFQ preparation, price negotiation, purchase order issuance, and delivery coordination.
• Procure raw materials, components, and equipment based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to support production schedules.
• Monitor and expedite supplier deliveries to ensure material availability and minimize production disruptions.
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain Planning, Production, and cross-functional teams to meet customer delivery commitments.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels by executing inventory control strategies and adhering to company stocking policies.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics providers on shipment arrangements, customs documentation, and import/export activities.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships while monitoring supplier performance in quality, delivery, cost, and service.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, including vendor onboarding, purchasing database updates, and reconciliation of Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Notes (DN), and invoices for Finance processing.
• Manage Return Material Authorization (RMA) and Non-Conformance Ticket (NCT) processes with suppliers.
• Support procurement cost-saving initiatives through strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations.
• Review and interpret Bills of Materials (BOM) to ensure accurate material procurement.
• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly procurement reports and KPI tracking.
• Prioritize procurement activities based on business and operational requirements.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by the management.
