The Operations Strategic Leader is responsible for driving alignment between Operations Strategic and Outsourced Manufacturing/ CM (OSOM) projects and the overall Backend Operations (BEO) strategy. This role acts as a strategic bridge between management and the operational teams by providing structured assessment, risk evaluation, and executive-level reporting to support decision-making and operational excellence. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive end-to-end integration of Operations Business Excellence initiatives into long-term sustenance and operational continuity. Ensure OSOM projects are aligned with BEO strategic direction and Best in Class (BIC) priorities. Lead end-to-end strategic evaluation including environmental scan, feasibility studies, and operational risk assessments. Identify business gaps, operational risks, and improvement opportunities across all manufacturing and operations business processes. Provide executive-level reporting, updates, and recommendations with clear business impact analysis. Act as the key liaison between management leadership and operational teams to ensure alignment and effective execution. Support cross-functional collaboration to drive operational excellence and sustainable improvements. Facilitate project governance, tracking, and strategic prioritization across initiatives. Apply data-driven decision-making through structured analysis and strategic insights. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or related field. 5-8 years of experience in Contract Manufacturing (CM), Manufacturing, or Operations environments. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage executive leadership. Ability to work independently and manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
