Responsibilities
- Preps, scans, inspects, compiles, and assembles projects accurately and on time.
- Copies images and documents in color or black & white utilizing special software and equipment.
- Disassembles and reassembles documents without damaging or getting the documents out of order.

- Follows workflow identified in department policies and procedure manuals.
- Adheres to business and safety procedures and guidelines.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- What You Need to Succeed:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience with a legal support organization preferred.
- Must possess valid state Driver License.
- Strong oral and written communication/presentation skills.
- Strong computer skills; ability to navigate through the Internet, MS Office, data screens and email.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with, peers, superiors, customers, and other partners.
- Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.
- Ability to read a map or effectively use a navigation system to setup a route having various criteria such as time constraints, file size, etc.
- A reliable economical vehicle and clean driving record.
- Must carry $100,000/$300,000 of extra liability insurance and provide proof of policy.
