- Minimum Requirements for Senior Project Leader - Enterprise Systems Engineering:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, science, or other related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of increasingly responsible experience in systems engineering or other space-related engineering disciplines.
- Experience with multi-domain counterspace threats, resiliency, and related intelligence reporting and analysis.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive awareness and understanding of current and developing threats to U.S. national security and commercial space architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships with co-workers, customers, program offices, and contractors.

As part of the Enterprise Design Subdivision (EDS), the Portfolio Analysis Department offers responsive and comprehensive trades in customer portfolios.
