Architectural Coordinator Office at: Changi Business Park{Expo MRT} Based in Project Location Mon to Fri, from 8.30am to 5.15pm Salary is $4,000 to $5,000 Current project: Healthcare construction in Outram Park and Logistics Hub at Tuas. [ Main Contractor] Job Responsibilities: Involve and lead in checking and coordination of shop drawings and as-built drawings with all respective trades (eg Architectural, Structural, MEP and Specialist Subcontractors works). Review project specifications, Shop drawings and technical clarifications. Able to prepare and monitor the progress of Shop drawings and Sample schedule with procurement schedule. Manage submission and approvals of Shop drawings and Samples from Consultants. Manage the receipt and issuance of all Consultant drawings and Shop drawings. Liaise and coordinate with working partners, Consultant, Authorities and Subcontractors during the construction phase. Rectify any technical and coordination issues that surface within the Project team and any related working partners. Job requirements: Recognized Degree / Diploma in Architecture / Mechanical & Electrical or equivalent Min. 5 years' experience in the Construction Industry preferred Well-versed in Autocad, Revit / BIM software in Architectural / Structural / MEP Cheong Yeat Long | R25145358 The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd | EA 14C7279
