About the role

We are hiring a Business Development Executive to join our Client Sales Development team in Paris ! Wellhub is officially expanding into France, and you will join a high-impact team at the forefront of this new venture! As one of the first BDRs in the country, you will play a key role in building our presence from the ground up-generating pipeline, engaging HR leaders, and contributing to both the development of our local sales playbook and our go-to-market approach. This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two days per week in our Paris office.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and map a strong pipeline of top-tier French prospects, engaging key HR stakeholders and decision-makers from scratch.
  • Lead outbound activity across cold calling, emailing, and social selling (LinkedIn) to generate and qualify new opportunities in a brand-new market.
  • Drive the strategic positioning of Wellhub in France, clearly communicating our value proposition and mission to companies discovering us for the first time.
  • Act as a key source of market feedback, sharing insights, objections, and local nuances to directly shape the strategy.
  • Represent Wellhub at industry events and HR forums, building a strong network and increasing brand visibility in the French HR community.

Requirements

  • You have 1+ year of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles. Experience in a startup or in a "new market" environment is a big plus.
  • You communicate confidently in French (native level) and fluently in English.
  • You're proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
  • You thrive on building processes from scratch and take ownership of your work.
  • You are motivated by targets and bring high energy to outbound activity.
  • You are familiar with CRM tools such as Salesforce (a plus).
  • You are passionate about networking and building meaningful professional relationships.
  • You enjoy working as part of a team and contributing to a positive, collaborative environment.
