Job Description & Requirements To assess and identify variation order (VO) work for all subcontract packages - To provide support in terms of measurement and pricing on the Mechanical / Electrical contract's VO claim - MUST BE ABLE to process monthly progress claim and final claim - To attend to all relevant contracts administration and documentation for the project - To work out cost estimation or budgetary cost on Mechanical / Electrical services - To liaise with Consultants/ Main Contractors on VO and progress claims - To liaise with suppliers for quotations - To maintain relevant documentation in an orderly and proper manner
