We are looking for an experienced and proactive Office Manager & Executive Assistant to be the operational backbone of our Tokyo office. This is a multi-faceted role that combines office management, executive support to the Japan Country Lead, light Japanese-English interpretation, and ownership of team collaboration and engagement activities. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of how an office runs, and wants to grow with a business as it scales into a new market. The role is offered initially as a 12-month contract with the clear intent to either renew or convert into a permanent full-time role, depending on performance and business need. What is expected out of you? Ground-floor opportunity. You will be one of the foundational hires in our Tokyo office and will directly shape how we operate, who we partner with, and how the team works together day to day.
