Project Specialist/Order Management

About the role

Job Summary The Order Coordinator is responsible for coordinating order processing activities and supporting the team in non-routine situations. This role ensures smooth communication between departments and accurate order fulfillment. This job profile is intended for professional-level staff that works autonomously and may coordinate the activities of other professional-level staff, especially in non-routine situations. This job and its associated grade are specifically aligned with roles that have the following scope of responsibility: Small, Medium, Large, Division / Extra Large organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order entry and tracking processes.
• Resolve order-related issues with internal teams.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status.
• Maintain accurate records and update systems.
• Support reporting and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Typically requires advanced vocational training (or equivalent experience) and several years of relevant work experience to carry out the role.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Experience in order processing or logistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
