We are looking for a: MAISON MANAGER (M/F/D) permanent contract and full-time at our exclusive Counter in KaDeWe Berlin WHAT TO EXPECT: Independent management of the counter & leadership, motivation and development of the team according to retail KPIs and sales targets, including personnel deployment planning Professional, individual and unique customer advice according to DIOR guidelines Building and developing a strong and exclusive customer base Expanding our CRM database and carrying out and monitoring clientelling and CRM activities Ensuring an excellent level of service due to your customer-oriented mindset. Be a role model for your team!
