Product Configurator (Finance) / Functional Analyst Your Impact as Product Configurator (Finance): What are you going to do The purpose of the position is to design and implement the business processes and services related to finance management with E2E perspective and applying innovation, creativity, cost efficiency and risk control criteria in order to provide the best UX and meet the needs of the main stakeholders (partners, distributors, BUs, customers and internal departments). The main objective is to create processes and services that are innovative, standard, efficient, simple and of value to the client. The finance configurator will work continuously with technicians, product configurator, claims expert, product manager to maintain a logical structure in our system regarding finance processes and services. Key responsibilities include: Design, document, develop, maintain, improve, and configure all finance processes and business rules with a multi-country usability perspective. E2E finance processes ownership (considering the key stakeholders and customer needs) Responsible for negotiating new services with suppliers, establishing collaboration and service levels agreements Support and collaboration with other BU's or partners Design of the applicable TOM in each relationship model (partners, customers, etc ...) including SLAs, KRI's definition and monitoring What do we offer?
