Responsibilities

  • What You Need to Be Successful
  • B.S. degree in a relevant e ngineering discipline (Aerospace, Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.), Computer Science, or related technical field.
  • 4 + years of experience in two or more systems engineering functional areas (e.g., (CONOPs, requirements, architecture , design, system analysis, or integration & test).
  • Practical work experience one or more MBSE modeling languages ( SysML , UAFML, LML, etc.), methodologies (OOSEM, SysMOD , MagicGrid , etc.), and tools (Cameo, Sparx , Rhapsody, GENESYS, etc.).
  • Familiarity with architecture framework standards (e.g., DoDAF , UAF, TOGAF).
  • Knowledge of space, ground , launch , and airborne systems.
  • Clearly articulate ideas and work products to colleagues and customers .
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Possess strong organizational, time management and project management skills .
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and ability to adapt to changing program office sponsor and customer needs.
  • Problem-solving, analytical, and innovation mindset.
  • This position requires the ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance issued by the U.S. Government. U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.

Job Summary We are seeking an Sr. Member of Technical Staff with a focus on Digital & Systems Engineering. The ideal candidate for this position will work individually or as part of a team to research, identify, and implement DE and MBSE approaches for new and existing space and defense systems and advise internal Aerospace and external government customers on the effective use of DE and MBSE methodologies, tools, and practices to achieve their desired system realization and optimization outcomes.
