Night Auditor

Requirements

• Confidence to work autonomously and handle emergency or safety situations
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete clerical and light cleaning tasks
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and record keeping
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
• Security or hospitality experience is advantageous, but not essential - we provide training and support for the right candidate.

How You'll Shine As our Night Auditor, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the resort overnight. From responding to after-hours guest enquiries and completing check-ins/check-outs, to conducting security inspections and maintaining public areas, you'll play a key role in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all guests. You'll also: Provide exceptional customer service to owners and guests Conduct routine security checks and noise monitoring Perform light cleaning duties in public areas Assist with clerical and reception tasks including balancing front office transactions Maintain accurate records and handovers for the morning team
