This role ensures strategic alignment, cross-team delivery coordination, and operational efficiency-focusing on value delivery, planning, and Agile governance. Acting as a bridge between leadership and delivery teams, the Agile Program Manager works closely with Portfolio Manager, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to manage dependencies, monitor program performance, and resolve risks and blockers that impede delivery outcomes.
