The Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of contracts within the organization, from initiation to execution, renewal, and termination. This role combines data management, process optimization, and technology expertise to ensure contracts are managed efficiently, compliantly, and strategically. The manager will lead the development and implementation of a CLM program using platform Agiloft CLM, and will serve as a key liaison between legal, project teams, and other stakeholders. Immediate Responsibilities: Program Development: Design and implement a documented, repeatable CLM process for collecting, organizing, and uploading contracts into Agiloft. Repository Management: Maintain a centralized, searchable repository of all contracts and related documents using Agiloft and other tools. Contract Upload & Organization: Ensure timely and accurate uploading of contracts, including legacy agreements, and maintain original hard copies where required. Workflow Configuration: Customize Agiloft workflows for various contract types to support business needs. User Support: Provide basic support and training to internal users of the CLM system. Global Coordination: Adjust availability to support teams across US and EU time zones. Future Responsibilities: Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve CLM processes for greater efficiency and reduced error rates. Automation & Streamlining: Develop automated workflows for document creation, review, and approval within the CLM system. [ Lifecycle Oversight: Manage contracts through all stages-creation, approval, execution, performance tracking, and termination. Project Support: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Project Controls) to manage contracts throughout project phases, including amendments and renewals. Standardization: Work with stakeholders to create standardized templates and clause libraries. Training & Enablement: Train internal teams on effective use of the CLM system and ensure adoption across departments. Database Maintenance: Ensure the contract database is accurate, up-to-date, and secure. Required Qualifications: Proven experience developing and managing a CLM program. Hands-on experience with Agiloft CLM software a plus. Strong understanding of contract structures and lifecycle processes. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (Intermediate to Advanced). Familiarity with SharePoint and server-based data management. Preferred Attributes: Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate across departments and levels. Quick learner of company-specific business practices.
