About the role
Job Scope - To conduct home visits to provide assessment and nursing care to clients - Providing care for both acute and chronic wounds. - Initiating appropriate wound management for the patients namely negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT), conventional dressing and application of 2 and 4 layers compression bandage. - Educate patient and family members on wound healing process and issues. - Providing care for patients - Educate and counsel patient and family memberson care and choosing the appropriates appliances. - Demonstrate stoma care to the primary caregiver.
