Additional Information

Responsibilities not limited to; Manage the operations of BESS Procurement Company (including qualification testing, pre-production test, testing and quality assurance). Manage the third-party inspection agencies responsible for qualification testing, pre-shipment testing, production testing, site testing and warranty period testing to ensure components are as per the required specifications and performance parameters. Manage the production process of the technologies purchased by BESS Proc Co. Manage the Sponsors qualification process of suppliers, technologies and production lines in line with overall contracts and supply chain standards and policies and business/project requirements. Manage and monitor the manufacturing and transportation schedule. Coordinate and arrange the delivery plan, manage the storage plan (as applicable) and delivery schedule. Ensure BOM material used and proper traceability to satisfy the Lenders requirements. Manage the finance process and requirements including but not limited to: Opening LCs to the OEMs, review of documentation and coordination with the banks, issuance of invoices and following up on payments, manage the cash flow and ensure positivity, coordinate with the SPVs for the payment processes, coordination with the banks. Managing the bonds (advance, performance, warranty bond). Support in the negotiation of the technical requirements of the supply agreements in order to ensure that deals are favorable to the Consortium and its shareholders.
