You will serve as an ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN in the Facilities Maintenance and Sustainment Product Line of NAV FACILITIES ENGINEERING COMMAND SE. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Reading and understanding contract plans, specifications and drawings and proposing cost effective solutions to problems encountered; 2) Developing and presenting written and oral technical and non-technical information; 3) Analyzing and evaluating work for repair, maintenance and construction; 4) Reading blueprints/construction drawings and locating component parts required for identification/action for preventative maintenance tasks; and 5) Utilizing knowledge of ICAP data maintenance procedures and interpreting data to understand equipment priorities and establish Reliability Centered Maintenance strategies.
