Strategy Director - Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB)

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience in strategy, corporate development, investment banking or consulting, with exposure to complex financial services environments
• Proven track record analysing large, complex datasets and translate insights into clear strategic recommendations
• Strong experience supporting or delivering strategic initiatives such as M&A, disposals or transformation programmes
• Ability to engage senior partners and contribute to Executive and Board-level discussions producing high-quality materials for diverse audiences
• Strong commercial awareness, with a clear understanding of market dynamics, competitors and investor expectations
• And any experience of these would be great:
• Experience of strategy in the context of operations/technology would be beneficial
