  • Essential Experience
  • 7-10 years in editorial, content production, or publishing operations with strong process focus
  • Proven track record in project management and content production process design
  • Experience developing and implementing operational standards and quality frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems and analytics tools
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working across multiple departments
  • Budget management experience with operational accountability
  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • What Would Make You Stand Out
  • Experience in technology market intelligence and research methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field
  • Background in B2B information services with process optimization focus
