The role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team on a part-time contract basis from August 2026 to December 2026. This role supports the DC Operations Manager across three key work streams: 3PL migration and operational process setup, ERP system implementation, and marketplace operations. It is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on exposure to supply chain operations, systems implementation, and e-commerce in a fast-paced retail environment. Main responsibilities : 3PL Transition & DC Operations Setup Support the DC Operations Manager in setting up end-to-end operational processes as the business migrates to a new third-party logistics (3PL) provider in August. This covers both the Malaysia Local Distribution Centre and the Regional Distribution Centre in Singapore. Key activities include: Assist in designing and documenting operational processes for inbound, outbound, reverse logistics, and inventory reconciliation in collaboration with the new 3PL partner. Liaise with internal stakeholders and the 3PL to align on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and system requirements. Gain hands-on exposure to 3PL warehouse management systems (WMS) and internal operations platforms used by the business. Act as assistant project manager where required tracking deliverables, flagging risks, and following up with relevant parties to keep the project on schedule. Supporting the coordination and tracking of project milestones and timelines to ensure a smooth transition. What you will gain: Practical understanding of DC and 3PL operations across two markets (Singapore and Malaysia). Experience in operational process design for inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics flows. Exposure to project management in a live supply chain migration context. Familiarity with warehouse management and logistics systems. ERP System Implementation Support Assist the DC Operations Manager in setting up and rolling out a new ERP system, ensuring that operational workflows are correctly configured and that the team is equipped to use the system effectively from go-live. Key activities include: Support the mapping and documentation of operational workflows to be built into the new ERP system. Assist in coordinating with the ERP implementation team and internal stakeholders to ensure business requirements are captured accurately. Help facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) by testing test scenarios, logging issues, and tracking resolutions together with the 3PL.
