Requirements

  • 10+ years leading teams or functions in a complex organisation
  • 5+ years in a risk or first line control function within Financial Services
  • 5+ years of Strategic Decision Making, showing ability to make timely decisions, assimilate complex information, and provide relevant recommendations.
  • Deep expertise in data privacy, specifically in the practical aspects of how privacy risk arises in businesses, and how controls combine effectively to mitigate privacy risk
  • Strong understanding of the business process context in which privacy controls operate, including digital customer journeys, digital marketing, technology and business change
  • Strong customer focus and ability to evaluate privacy risks with a customer lens
  • Strong knowledge and expertise on non-financial risk
  • Knowledgeable on AI and its associated risks
  • Demonstrable ability to build partnerships, and provide challenge and advice
  • Evidence of coaching and leading teams through rapid change
  • Strong logical and analytical reasoning
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at the most senior levels
