Responsibilities
- In this role, you will:
- Thoroughly examine data and documents submitted by the client and the beneficiary to verify the accuracy, completeness, compliance, and validity of documentation and information, as needed per the application
- Take ownership of identifying errors or inconsistencies and communicate these to the Case Coordinator on a timely basis
- Effectively address issues with documents and data by cleaning up data entries, correcting formatting, and ensuring information accurately corresponds with the correct entry point
- Coordinate with the Support Team, Case Coordinators, and other Case Production Specialists to facilitate a smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Stay updated on product changes, attending company-organized training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and ensure a positive client experience
- Other responsibilities include:
- Adhere to internal service level agreements (SLAs) on completing data review
- Follow protocol to maintain the strict security and privacy of our clients' information
- Organize documentation for streamlined review
- Support additional Case Production administrative tasks, as needed
Requirements
- We are looking for Data Review Specialists to support our growing Case Production team. We need passionate professionals who exhibit exceptional attention to detail and can ensure accuracy and completeness of all data and documents.

- What You Bring
- At least 1++ years administrative/back office experience. Data entry, intake, validation, or document preparation experience preferred
- Keen attention to detail with a sense of ownership in accuracy and compliance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt and learn new processes and product quickly
- Proven ability to effectively handle multiple tasks while prioritizing the timely adherence to deadlines
- Experience working with Adobe, GSuite, and MS Suite, a plus
