Job Description & Requirements Able to take off quantities efficiently Able to liaise and negotiate with suppliers & contractors related toprojects Prepare quotations, cost estimates and bills of quantities To keep track of Variation Orders Certification of progress claims from sub-contractors Keep track of final account and variation orders Prepare contract administration for client, consultants, sub- contractor Able to assist estimation, cost planning and forecast budgeting. Preparation of Monthly Progress Claim to Client and Sub-Contractors Preparation for Payment Response to sub- contractor and suppliers and keeping trace ofresponse. Preparation of technical details and costing for tender submission. Sourcing of materials and obtaining quotations for evaluation. Carry out other Contracts administration activities. Other quantity surveying related duties as assigned Requirement - Diploma, or Degree in QS/ Building orequivalent - Minimum 5 years (QS) / 10+ years (Senior QS) of relevant experience in the interior fit-out/joinery industry - Able to work independently with min supervision - A good team player with the ability to meet deadlines. - Positive work attitude, seek continuous improvement
