Technical Writer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and content experts.
• Work with engineers, support, and product management to document new features and product changes.
• Write, publish and maintain high-quality reference and conceptual help content and user interface (UI) messaging.
• Provide editing and support for creating external communications.
• Manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
• Minimum requirements
• BA/BS degree or 2 years minimum of practical experience.
• Proficiency with HTML.
• Experience reading and understanding source code written in Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, or Objective C.
• Experience working with engineering and product management teams as part of the software development process.
• Strong collaboration and project management skills.
• High attention to detail.
