Responsibilities

  • Skills and Expertise
  • To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND Seven (7) years of experience in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field and 4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.
  • OR
  • High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution AND Eleven (10) years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.
  • AND
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping platforms.
  • Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
  • Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently under minimal supervision and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Curiosity and practical experience using AI tools to support research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, workflow analysis, and design documentation, with the ability to thoughtfully identify AI-assisted product opportunities that improve usability, reduce complexity, and maintain user trust.
  • Work location: Remote
  • Travel: May include up to 10% domestic
