Job Description We are looking for a Program Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale, cross-functional engineering initiatives and ensure successful delivery of technical and business objectives. This position will be a contract and onsite in Miramar, FL.

Responsibilities

• Translate program goals and strategic objectives into actionable technical workstreams and deliverables
• Coordinate engineering activities and manage cross-team dependencies to ensure alignment with program outcomes
• Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve technical issues across the entire program lifecycle
• Facilitate clear communication among product, project, and engineering leaders to maintain stakeholder alignment
• Support technical reviews, documentation, and quality assurance practices to uphold program standards
• Drive process improvements to increase delivery efficiency and achieve technical and business objectives

Requirements

• Required:
• Strong technical background with proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional engineering programs
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects, coordinate multiple teams, and handle dependencies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills for effective stakeholder engagement and reporting
• Experience with risk management, progress tracking, and quality assurance throughout the program lifecycle
• Preferred:
• Familiarity with program management frameworks, engineering processes, and strategic planning
• Physical Demands
• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings
