Head, Procurement Systems & Reporting

Responsibilities

• Systems Management & Optimization
• Ensure systems are configured to support business processes, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with IT and external vendors to manage system upgrades, integrations, and user support.
• Reporting, Analytics & Insights
• Design and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting structures to monitor procurement performance, spend analytics, supplier performance, and contract compliance.
• Deliver high-quality, actionable insights to support strategic sourcing, category management, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Standardize data definitions and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
• Process Improvement & Governance
• Map and optimize procurement processes and workflows in alignment with system capabilities.
• Establish and enforce data governance and procurement reporting standards across business units.
• Support internal and external audits by ensuring appropriate system controls and reporting accuracy.
• Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
• Lead a team of procurement analysts, data specialists, and systems support staff p artner with category management, finance, compliance, and IT to align procurement systems and reporting with business objectives.
• Champion digital transformation within the procurement function, driving adoption and user training initiatives.
• Risk Management & Compliance
• Ensure procurement activities and reporting comply with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, data analytics, or systems management, with at least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role.
