Logistic Coordinator (1 year contract)

Responsibilities

• Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure clean orders and process them on a timely manner.
• Understand the customers' requirements and make logistics arrangements to ensure requirements are fulfilled.
• Work closely with appointed service providers to secure freight space.
• Work closely with Warehouse team to ensure orders are packed and ready for collection.
• Prepare all shipping documents (both international shipments and domestic deliveries)
• Other ad hoc request pertaining to Warehouse and Logistics related matters.

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 2 - 4 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in order processing, coordinating international air shipments and domestic deliveries, preparation of shipping documents.
• Basic fundamental knowledge in logistics.
• Details oriented team player
• Demonstrate analytical, problem solving and time management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interface well with cross-functional teammates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform with minimum supervision.
• Faster learner and ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Ability to comply with company policies and procedures, ISO 13485 and other regulatory requirements.

Job Title:Logistics Specialist (1 Year Contract) Working Location: Woodlands Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Salary Package Basic Salary: $3,300 - $4,000 Transport Allowance: $200 (Fixed) Completion Bonus: 1 Month
