Pima County's Regional Wastewater Reclamation (RWRD) is proud to be an award-winning, industry leader in the management and sustainability of the water reclamation cycle and other renewable resources. As a Wastewater Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating the training to Wastewater Utility Maintenance Workers and other RWRD Conveyance personnel. The selected candidate will deliver direct instruction on wastewater theory and facility operations and maintenance, both in a classroom and a field setting, as part of a career development and state regulatory-required certifications. The position is also responsible for creating and developing multi-modal training content, instructional materials, and presentations for both in-person, verbal, and written communication skills, combined with a strong aptitude for public speaking.
