• $187,747.98 - $214,569.12

STV is seeking an experienced Director of Engagement in the Advisory Services Outreach & Engagement Strategies division. Outreach & Engagement Strategies is a rapidly growing communications practice within STV. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and editor, a strategic thinker experienced in delivering robust, concurrent communications programs. Responsibilities include: Provide visionary leadership and mentorship within the team, inspiring innovation and maintaining high standards of excellence in design and communication. Communicate project objectives and key messages, translating complex technical information into compelling visual narratives for communication to diverse audiences. Develop and provide strategic guidance in the creation of high-level concepts to engage with the public in an equitable and accessible format. Steer projects through conceptualization, development, and execution, with a focus on effectively supporting project goals and objectives in an innovative and engaging manner.
