ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Fulfilling tasks set out by team lead & department manager. Assist engineers in equipment performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and sustaining activities. Participate in preventive maintenance (PM) tasks and system health checks. Collect and analyze equipment data (e.g., uptime, yield, alarms) for continuous improvement projects. Support improvement activities related to equipment reliability, availability, and quality performance. Assist in documenting procedures, work instructions, and equipment recovery guides. Contribute to automation, digitalization, or data visualization projects (e.g., using Excel, Python, or Power BI). Coordinate with cross-functional teams including process, quality, and manufacturing engineers. REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree final year student major in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic. Able to read, write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Strong interest in hands-on technical work and problem-solving. Familiarity with basic engineering tools, troubleshooting techniques, or measurement instruments. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of data analysis tools is an advantage. Good communication skills and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. PREFERRED: Familiarity in computer system & computer network. Able to work independently without supervision. Have a good interpersonal skill.
