Additional Information
Research, develop and optimize algorithms and function codes for manufacture check in computational lithography, including geometry query, boolean operation, pattern processing and geometry measurements. Identify problems and design robust solutions that are based on state of the art algorithm and software technologies, turning general requirement definitions into functioning software product. Provide technical support of ASML products for China customers. Communicate and collaborate with various ASML products and functional teams across the world. Education and experience Master or Ph.D. degree in engineering or science field, e.g. Physics, Optics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering;
