SUMMARY OF THE ROLE Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Operations Supply Chain at Rio Grande LNG, the Warehouse Manager is responsible for delivering end-to-end warehouse management solutions that drive service levels, operational excellence, and commercial value. This role leads the Warehouse Management team supporting Rio Grande LNG operations and oversee safe, efficient planning, control, storage, and distribution of materials and products. A critical component of this role is the hands-on optimization and ongoing management of the existing SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM) module, including process improvement, fine-tuning, and maximizing utilization of current configurations to drive operational efficiency. The Warehouse Manager will also be expected to build and maintain robust KPI reporting frameworks and performance dashboards aligned with oil and gas industry standards. The successful candidate will own the full lifecycle of warehouse documentation - developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), operational procedures, and policies - to ensure consistent execution, regulatory compliance, and continual improvement across all warehouse operations.
