About the role

As EMEA HPE Program Manager , you will lead complex onboarding initiatives across the region, ensuring seamless integration of new countries and operations into the HPE operating model. Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding programs for new countries, entities, and operational transitions across EMEA
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, and success criteria
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Operations, IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and Service Delivery
  • Act as the primary liaison between country leadership and regional/global functional teams
  • Ensure full operational readiness across people, processes, systems, and governance before go-live
  • Drive risk identification, mitigation strategies, and issue resolution throughout the onboarding lifecycle
  • Partner with process and systems teams to enable configurations, testing, and adoption readiness
  • Champion continuous improvement and standardization of onboarding methodologies across the region

  • We are looking for a collaborative and results-driven program leader who thrives in complexity and brings structure, clarity, and influence to diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or related field
  • Extensive experience in program or project management within multinational environments
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, systems, and governance frameworks (ideally HPE or similar)
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional transformation or onboarding initiatives
  • Advanced project planning, execution, and risk management capabilities
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Requirements

  • Experience in global technology or IT services environments
  • Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar)
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, supply chain, and service delivery systems
  • Knowledge of EMEA regional operations and regulatory environments
