We are seeking for a Data Warehouse Support Specialist for our client from the banking sector. Job description: Monitor and support the Production Data Warehouse environment Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL jobs, data loads, and performance bottlenecks Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure smooth operations and incident resolution Perform root cause analysis for incidents and recurring issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of support and maintenance processes. Relational Database development experience in Oracle, Sybase IQ, or MS SQL Server Experience and understanding of Data Warehouse architecture, ETL principles Very good knowledge of T-SQL and PL/SQL Experience in managing and troubleshooting production workloads under time constraints is considered an advantage Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team Analytical and detail-oriented mindset Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering, mathematics, or physics Fluent English Diverse and technically challenging projects.
