- You possess excellent analytical and computer skills, with the ability to evaluate financial stability and risk.
- You have a strong understanding of the current D&O insurance market and the wholesale broker landscape.
- You demonstrate strong negotiation, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
- You consistently maintain excellent broker relationships and provide high‑quality service.
- You ensure compliance with all internal policies, external management requirements, and regulatory standards.
- You have strong time‑management and problem‑solving skills, allowing you to succeed in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
