ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Tooling & Equipment Support: Support design, procurement, and implementation of assembly tooling and equipment for BE HDD operations Maintain equipment documentation, specifications, and performance records Coordinate with vendors on tooling qualification and installation Automation Projects: Assist in automation project execution from concept to deployment Support programming, testing, and validation of automated assembly processes Document automation workflows and create standard operating procedures Smart Maintenance Initiatives: Support predictive maintenance program implementation Collect and analyze equipment performance data Assist in developing maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance plans Support IoT sensor integration and monitoring systems Process Improvement & Sustaining: Drive KPI improvements (OEE, yield, cycle time, downtime reduction) Support root cause analysis for equipment and process issues Participate in sustaining activities for new processes and tools Implement continuous improvement initiatives REQUIRED: We warmly welcome fresh graduates, and Early Career Talent with 0-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
