Work Shift: Under the general supervision of a registered nurse, provides nursing care and completes tasks delegated for all categories of patients served. Utilizes patient's individualized plan of care in providing care and collecting data relating to patients needs and response. Provides care in accordance with Houston Healthcare's Plan for the Provision of Nursing Care, standards of care and standards of performance.
