Responsibilities

  • Prospect & close
  • Source, qualify and convert SMEs and mid-market firms that need performance-driven digital marketing.
  • Consultative selling
  • Diagnose pain points, quantify ROI, and craft proposals that map our services to clear business outcomes .

Requirements

  • 2 + yrs quota-carrying B2B sales / BD experience (digital agency, MarTech, SaaS or media strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record of hitting or smashing targets.
  • Comfort discussing SEO/SEM metrics and translating jargon into profit impact for non-marketers.
  • Excellent written & spoken English ; a plus if you converse in Mandarin or Bahasa Melayu with local SMEs.
  • Growth mindset: self-driven, resilient, keen to learn fast and iterate faster.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Singapore grants (PSG, SFEC, EDG) and how they shorten sales cycles.
  • Existing network among Singapore's SME & mid-market community.
  • Experience selling subscription services or retainer-based solutions.
