Job Description The primary function of this role is to troubleshoot, monitor, adjust, and repair manufacturing equipment and machinery throughout the IG Machine & Fibers Ltd. at the Ashcroft production facility. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this role will maintain production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment. This position is part of the IAMAW, Lodge 692 (Union), and as such the successful candidate will be required to join and be subject to the terms and conditions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
