China Intern

Responsibilities

• Treasury Management: Assist in treasury management, including preparation of supporting documents for daily foreign exchange transactions (receipts and payments) and cash liquidity management.
• Corporate Financing Activities: Collaborate closely with banks on working capital loans and trade finance arrangements. Assist in preparing relevant documentation to ensure smooth loan drawdowns.
• Reporting and Analysis: Assist in the preparation and reporting of monthly cash flow and financing ledgers. Collect and manage data associated with the foreign exchange and bill markets. Develop familiarity with market conditions of bank acceptance drafts and letter of credit discounting.
• Risk Management and Regulatory Adherence: Assist the Risk Control and Compliance Department in performing new client onboarding screening via third-party platforms.
• Operational Support: Provide basic operational support to the Operations Department in matters related to trade contract execution.
• Administrative Tasks: Assist various departments with data compilation, spreadsheet preparation, and document filing/archiving. Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned.
