Pay range: USD $160,000.00 - $220,000.00 / Year Your opportunity At Schwab, effective risk management enables growth. Our Wealth and Product Risk & Governance (R&G) team partners with business leaders to launch innovative products while maintaining strong governance and regulatory alignment. Following Schwab's acquisition of Forge Global, we are expanding access to private markets-one of our most strategic growth areas. As Director, Strategic Risk Support , you will serve as the primary risk subject matter expert for Forge and Private Markets. In this senior individual contributor role, you'll guide complex risk decisions, support product integration, and help build scalable governance for alternative investment offerings. This role is ideal for a risk leader who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys influencing outcomes across product, legal, compliance, and enterprise risk teams.
