Are you an experienced Auto Glass Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and exceptional customer service? Every day brings new vehicles, new customers, and new opportunities to demonstrate your technical expertise. Repair and replace automotive glass, including windshields, door glass, back glass, quarter glass, and other vehicle glass components. Install automotive glass products while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship, quality, and safety. Perform or assist with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibrations and stay current on evolving vehicle technology and OEM procedures. Inspect vehicles before and after repairs to ensure every installation meets company and industry safety standards. Safely use hand tools, power tools, and specialized automotive glass equipment. Clearly explain repair recommendations, installation procedures, and post-service care to customers. Complete required documentation using mobile devices and company software. Maintain an organized work vehicle, shop, and work area while properly caring for company equipment. Collaborate with teammates to ensure projects are completed efficiently and customers receive outstanding service. Continuously develop your technical skills through ongoing training, certifications, and new product education. Supporting the team with other duties as needed Bring your skills and be inspired to achieve success. Proficient use of hand tools Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Willingness and ability to become Autel ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibrations certified within the first 3 months of employment. This training is company sponsored. Previous automotive glass installation experience. Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Comfortable using computers, tablets, and mobile technology for documentation and scheduling. Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws. Education: High school diploma or GED required What Knowledge and Skills are Preferred? 5+ years of automotive glass experience is preferred. Experience with ADAS calibrations. Current Autel certification or other automotive diagnostic experience. Schedule / in-office requirements: Monday to Friday in the office for standard core working hours Bring your goals and be enabled to reach them. The Associate should be able to stand, sit in an office space, lift 75lbs on occasion, communicate, lift computer equipment, supplies, and materials, and use office equipment and computers. The Associate is exposed to typical office working conditions, as well as conditions in a workshop environment. The Associate must be able to lift and climb ladders, handle glass and related materials, and carry all needed equipment to perform measurements and design assessments.
