Hygiene Officer

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Executive to join our F&B team. You will play a vital role in ensuring that all our products and processes meet the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality. Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, NEA, SFA).
• Conduct regular hygiene and safety audits across outlets and central kitchen.
• Inspect raw materials, finished products, and storage conditions .
• Monitor temperature records , pest control activities, and sanitation schedules.
• Maintain QA documentation , audit reports, and corrective action records.
• Collaborate with kitchen and operations teams to address quality issues.
• Support and train staff on food safety and hygiene practices .
• Prepare for and assist during SFA inspections and license renewals .

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field .
• Minimum 2-3 years of QA experience in the F&B or food manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and GMP standards .
• Familiar with SFA/NEA regulations .
• Meticulous, organized, and a good team player.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Food Hygiene & Safety Cert, Level 4.
