The Principal Product Manager - Digital Banking Integration is a senior individual-contributor product leader responsible for the integration of digital banking with the rest of Alkami's product portfolio - both bringing digital banking capabilities into other products and bringing other products into the digital banking experience. Digital banking is Alkami's largest and most complex product and the anchor of the Digital Sales & Service Platform (DSSP) vision, which weaves Alkami's product lines together into differentiated, value-creating experiences for our clients. This role does not own the digital banking product itself. Instead, it owns the connective tissue between digital banking and the broader ecosystem - the marketing solution, the origination system, the fraud prevention system, and other products in the portfolio. The Principal PM defines and drives the direction for these integrations in both directions and ensures they are delivered with quality and measurable client value. This is a high-impact, senior IC role for someone who leads through influence rather than direct reports. The Principal PM leverages the resources on their team to execute integration projects and builds strong relationships across the many teams that own digital banking and the other products in scope, in order to deliver cross-team initiatives end to end. Critically, this person thinks beyond any single product. They surface their own ideas for creating new value through deeper, bidirectional integration across Alkami's ecosystem, identify where those integrations unlock differentiated client value, and champion that vision across the organization. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Product Management - DSSP. Integration Direction & Delivery Own the direction and delivery of digital banking integrations - both integrating digital banking into other products and integrating other products into digital banking. Define a clear vision and roadmap for these integrations and ensure consistent, high-quality execution against it. Leverage the resources on the team to execute integration projects, providing the prioritization, clarity, and direction needed to deliver. Balance long-term integration strategy with the day-to-day decisions required to keep delivery on track. Cross-Product Vision & Integration Think critically about strategy and surface original ideas for creating new value through deeper, bidirectional integration across Alkami's product ecosystem. Identify and champion opportunities to connect digital banking with the marketing solution, origination system, fraud prevention system, and other products - in both directions - in ways that differentiate Alkami for clients. Translate the broader DSSP vision into concrete, integrated experiences that link digital banking with the rest of the portfolio. Evaluate trade-offs and dependencies across products to ensure integrations create durable client value rather than added complexity. Cross-Team Leadership & Influence Build strong relationships with the many teams that work on digital banking and the other products in scope, leading cross-team integration initiatives through influence rather than authority. Partner closely with the other product teams in the DSSP group, as well as Engineering, Client Success, Sales, and Support, to align on shared goals and execute integration initiatives. Serve as a trusted point of coordination across the teams whose products are being integrated, ensuring alignment on priorities, dependencies, and outcomes. Communicate integration direction, progress, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
