Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of digital, enterprise, and AI initiatives aligned with corporate strategy Define delivery roadmaps, governance, KPIs, and reporting to ensure high‑quality, on‑time, on‑budget execution Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing delivery organization, including Program Directors and project teams Oversee large‑scale digital health platforms, enterprise systems, and AI/data platforms Partner with executive and business leaders to deliver measurable clinical, operational, and financial value Manage vendor relationships, risk, compliance, security, and delivery quality Champion modern delivery practices, DevOps, and the adoption of emerging technologies Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 15+ years of progressive technology delivery experience, including senior leadership of large, complex programs. Proven success delivering regulated, data‑intensive platforms; healthcare experience an asset. Deep understanding of cloud platforms, modern architectures, enterprise integration, and data/AI ecosystems. Strong people leader with experience building, scaling, and retaining high‑performing teams.
